Aztec Configuration

The reports for Kitchen iQ are viewed through Dimensions reporting module, for data to be made available for Dimensions to use data is extracted from the Kitchen iQ database into a SQL database at each site. Data is then communicated using the Aztec Communications module to head office for consolidating reporting.

The Aztec Communications module requires a location tag to be created in order for it to understand which sites it needs to pull data from when read jobs are being performed.

The CommsKitcheniQ tag must be setup in advance of having Kitchen iQ Audit Extractor installed so that comms jobs will not show failures

Tag Group & Tag Setup

Follow these steps to add the tag group and tag:

  1. Select Base Data from the Aztec Start Page

  2. Select Tag Configuration | Tag Groups, click Add | Add New Tag Group

  3. Enter the name CommsKitcheniQ, complete this process for each level of the tag group hireachy

  4. Select Tag Configuration | Tags, click Add, enter the name CommsKitcheniQ as the tag name

    The tag name must be entered as shown in step 4 in the same upper and lower case
  5. Ensure the check box for Location is selected and the tag grouping is selected as created in step 3

  6. Click Save

Tag Assignment

Follow these steps to assign the tag to sites:

  1. Select Base Data from the Aztec Start Page

  2. Select Estate Structure | Company | Area | Site,select the tag CommsKitcheniQfor any sites that run Kitchen iQ and will have audit extractor installed

  3. Click Save
